Assignment Coordinator at CHG Medical Staffing

The Assignment Coordinator coordinates all non-sales assignment details including but not limited to customer service, travel, housing, and all assignment logistics. In addition they will be responsible to assist with training and mentoring of new employees as well has supporting management decisions and changes. Adheres to divisional guiding principles and company's core values.

Responsibilities


  • Create, distribute, and maintain Client and Provider letters (confirmations, cancellations, extensions)

  • Manage and create signed provider contracts (service agreements)

  • Track and verify accuracy of contracts

  • Ensure receipt of executed client and provider contracts Send and obtain completed required accounting documents from providers

  • Anticipate upcoming assignments, communicate around and provide solutions to possible problems

  • Complete Travel request form

  • Call on missing AP timesheets as well as assist with phone calls

  • Scan timesheets and submit to accounting

  • Work with accounting to accurately accrue for missing time

  • Assist in presentations as directed by team

  • Direct contact with Clients and providers to resolve issues

  • Send out 1st day/Final Details info packets (work records, travel, housing info)

  • Provides administrative support to Client Rep or Provider Rep

  • Assist in New Lead entry

  • Post to, cancel and maintain online job board

  • Track hospital privileges and licensure pertaining to placements and communicates progress regularly with sales teams

  • Generate team reports

  • Send and obtain assignment evaluations

  • Maintain positive relationship with applicable departments related to housing, accounting and travel

  • Assist in training & mentoring new Assignment Coordinators

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast paced team environment

  • Professional level written and oral communication skills

  • Proven time management and prioritization skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines

  • Strong ability to multitask, anticipate problems, and track multiple processes at once.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven accuracy with record keeping

  • Capable of meeting goals and objectives

  • Ability to work independently

Education & Years of Experience


  • 2 years work experience in an administrative and/or customer service position

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred skills


  • Work experience in the health care or staffing industries

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $33,964 -- $82,252 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
