Job Description:
Position Summary/Objective
- Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets
- Performs clerical duties such as maintaining Accounting Department files and reading and routing incoming mail
- Prepare invoices
- Performs account and general ledger reconciliations
Qualifications
- High school degree and currently enrolled in an Accounting Bachelors degree program
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
