Job Description

The primary responsibility of the position is to perform routine and preventative maintenance at all facilities to include space planning, work station alterations, and furniture moves. Additional responsibilities would include assisting senior level positions in the troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on buildings, HVAC systems, fire systems, furnishings, corporate vehicles, grounds maintenance and equipment maintenance. Works with contractors and vendors to validate that work is completed as committed, and are consistent with service level agreements (SLA). Assist vendors in the completion of projects as required.

Essential Functions


  • Conducts building maintenance by performing routine and preventative maintenance at all facilities to include space planning, work station adjustments, and furniture moves.

  • Assists vendors/contractors with building access and to assist with contracted jobs as needed.

  • Assists with the maintenance of corporate vehicles.

  • Assists with periodic inspections at assigned facilities.

  • Assists with unexpected emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, damage to buildings, security breaches, water and sewer damage. May be assigned to be on-call after hours.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications:

Facilities Maintenance Tech:


  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.

  • 2+ years' experience in an industrial, commercial, or facilities operations setting.

Facilities Maintenance Tech Senior:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.

  • 4+ years' experience in an industrial, commercial, or facilities operations setting.


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


  • Comprehensive understanding of skills associated with one or more of the following areas: Carpentry, Electrical systems, Fire/Safety systems, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, and Grounds Maintenance.

  • Understanding of preventive maintenance requirements for motor vehicles.

  • Knowledge and skill in the types and uses of small hand-held tools & power tools.

  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures followed in connection with maintenance tasks including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, machine operation, climbing equipment (ladders, scaffolds, rigging, etc), hand tools, chemical solvents, and cleaning agents.

  • Ability to comprehend and learn state and local laws, rules, regulations, and codes relevant to the trade.

  • Ability to maintain records.

  • Ability to perform basic math.

  • Ability to read and interpret such documents as technical and equipment operation manuals, plans, specifications, blueprints, etc.

  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

  • Able to communicate details of a situation clearly and concisely.


Certifications Required:

  • A valid Colorado State driver's license and an acceptable driving record required

  • Must obtain 30-hour OSHA certification within 180 Days required

Additional Information

The pay range for the following positions:

Facilities Maintenance Tech: $22.45 to $28.40 per Hour (S12)

Facilities Maintenance Tech Senior: $ $24.22 to $31.78 per Hour (S13)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
