Position:  The Ace Relocation Client Engagement Specialist interviews persons by telephone or online video conferencing to transfer data to table of measurements. The Client Engagement Specialist will ask specific questions, record answers, and assist persons with completing virtual survey of the household goods that will be relocated.

  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

  • Input data into company programs

  • Follow suggested scripts

The pay rate is $17 per hour.  Starting rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include sick pay of 2.66 hours and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.
