As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning system. This roles primary focus is to ensure the seamless technical integration, configuration, optimization, and utilization of the ERP software to support various business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance overall operational efficiency, optimal functionality, safeguarding data integrity and security, and managing incidents, requests, and SLA's.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the Acumatica cloud-based ERP system. Lead and oversee the integration of various third-party applications to streamline business processes and data flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify business requirements and implement solutions within the environment. Plan and manage system upgrades, version updates, configuration management, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Continuously evaluate the system's performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maximize our investment and ensure the system remains innovative and aligned with business needs. Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures. Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality application enhancements and support with controlled and planned change management. Communicate project status to various levels of management Collaborate with BI specialists to integrate BI tools with the ERP system, enabling real-time data analysis, reporting, and visualization for informed decision-making. Participate in budget planning related to maintenance, upgrades, and future enhancements, ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Analyze team resource requirements and develop recommendations for staffing levels and key roles with supporting justification documentation. Hire, develop, and manage the performance of a team of functional and technical resources.
