Job Description:

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring an Employee Services Representative. This position will be based out of our Operations Services Center located in Hummelstown, PA.

The Employee Services Representative position is primarily responsible for providing customer service, supporting field employee careers, and documenting, addressing, and acting on all employee issues, while working in accordance with company values, vision, and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

Professional Customer Service

Maintain 70% ready rate to service employee questions/concerns
Maintain average monthly call audit scores of 50-70%
Maintain time out wrap up code of 10% or less
Promptly investigate employee concerns and provide accurate procedural driven solutions or escalate to supervisor/manager
Return all voice mails and respond to assigned emails in shared inbox within established time limits
Initiate and follow up on new hire/technology campaigns
Work collaboratively with all operations, field leadership & corporate departments as needed to solve field employee issues
Stay current on departmental and company policy and procedural changes

Field Employee Career Support

Process time off requests according to department policy
Process and record excuse documents according to department policy
Maintain & update personnel records in system
Record and process incident reports and public complaints. Escalate as necessary
Assist employees with login/password issues for various platforms
Assist employees with general fleet questions/issues
Record truck movement in system
Upload fleet documents to SharePoint site as needed.
Process basic employment verifications
Understand UKG platform to be able to assist employees with basic PTO, benefits and wage questions

Field Employee Corrective Action (and record) Administration

Monitor, administer and/or return employee attendance points following attendance policy guidelines
Collaborate with manager, supervisor & field management team on corrective action issues to arrive at supportive, retention driven solutions utilizing policy guidelines
Write basic attendance & discipline documents as assigned
Process VR's and send follow up emails
Perform basic attendance audits to be able to answer field employee questions
Create basic HR requests for attendance
