IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Material Handler in Reno, NV! Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role with a dynamic and growing company? IntelliSource is partnering with an established organization in Reno, NV, and we are searching for the best Material Handlers in the area to add to our team. The shift for the night shift role is 12 hours from 6pm to 6am; rotating 3-4 days of work per week.

What You'll Do:

• Inventory Leader: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring materials are logged and tracked in a precise manner.


• Material Movement: Efficiently move materials within the warehouse, to production areas, and onto vehicles, using both manual handling and machinery such as forklifts.


• Exceptional Organizer: Keep the storage areas organized, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards and safety regulations.


• Supply Chain Contributor: Receive and dispatch goods, verify shipments, and prepare items for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.


• Process Improvement Supplier: Work collaboratively with the team to identify process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications in material handling or forklift operation considered a plus.


• Relevant Experience: Experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred, showcasing your capability to manage tasks responsibly and efficiently.


• Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, keeping the flow of materials moving smoothly.


• Team Player Attitude: Excellent collaboration skills to work as part of a team, aiding in the collective effort to meet goals and deadlines.


• Safety Awareness: A keen understanding of safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for all.


• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for inventory management, with experience in inventory software a bonus.
