Job Description

IntelliSource is on the lookout for a dedicated Parking Enforcer to monitor parking lots and vehicles at our partner's manufacturing and production facility. This position demands a dedicated individual with a keen attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to work with a variety of people and departments within the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in creating and issuing parking citations hen needed


• Enter data into multiple data bases with accuracy and details


• Document identification of vehicles when issuing citations for future reference


• Ability to set up blocking needs and parking organization areas as needed


• Work closely with the transportation team to set up temporary signage throughout the site


• Commit to working the available schedules which are Monday through Friday; 6:30am to 3:00pm or Monday through Friday; 10:30am to 7:00pm

What You'll Bring:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary


• Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn technology platforms for the job; solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel, is required with the ability to frequently record and key in information on a computer and/or tablet


• Dynamic Environment: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and agility to work both indoors and outdoors with 70% of your time expected to be outdoors


• Clear Communication: Ability to hear and carry conversations over a mobile or landline telephone is required


• Premiere Service Delivery: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with and inspiring other employees and team members
