Territory Sales Manager at Sealing Devices Inc

Job Description:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territory.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling.

  • Develop an understanding of Sealing Devices' offerings, market environment and competitive landscape to effectively increase interest in, and use of, company products, capabilities, and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase existing and new products and production processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Applications Engineering and Customer Service to address client needs effectively.

  • Support and maintain company profit margin guidelines while meeting sales expectations from assigned accounts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

  • Meet with Sales Management at regular intervals and as needed to review progress and effectiveness of projects.

  • Communicate sufficient information to inside sales staff to provide timely and accurate quotations and estimates.

  • Use and maintain the Leads pursuit process and tracking system within ERP and CRM.

  • Provide various reports including; call reports, call plans, sales forecasts, as well as other reports,

  • Report quality problems to applicable supervisor.

  • Follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary.

  • Perform other tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the sales system.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.



Territory Account Manager Qualifications and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Technical Discipline is required.

  • At least 3 years of job-related experience; industrial field preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required


 Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 based upon experience.
