Job Description:

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Magnificent Mile is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team!

This contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just a few steps to Michigan Avenue shopping and the sights of Navy Pier.

Shift Pattern: 7amto 3pm., or 3pmto 11pm. **Some overnights may be required.

Availability:open availability required, working rotating/flexible shifts - must be able to work any shift, any day - holidays and weekends

What will I be doing?

• Oversees front desk operations.
• Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
• Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
• Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
• Resolves customer complaints.
• Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
