OSS is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant (intermediate) to support our customer at Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Candidate must be capable of executing and leading tasks associated with mid-executive level (SES/Flag Officer, O-6 military, GS-15/NH-IV civilian), and/or general administrative support in all facets of administration. Ability to work independently.  Experience in leading teams to solve problems in a DoD environment. Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.


Requires Current Secret Clearance (non-negotiable)

Experience

Required

  • Must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

  • Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to present materials and briefings to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.

  • DoD SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED

  • 7 year(s): DoD High-Level Administrative Experience is a MUST

  • 7 year(s): Highly proficient with MS Office Suite of Programs: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • 7 year(s): Ability Executing and leading tasks for mid-level Executives (SES/FO/O6/GS15); independently lead teams and solve problems and have experience with DOD support.

  • 7 year(s): HS + 7 years of proven high level administrative experience / Associates +5 years / BS/BA +3 years / MA + 2 years
