Summary: Implement and support continuous improvement activities related to new and existing products, and current and newly designed processes. Ensure that products and components are produced in compliance with established quality requirements. Investigate and resolve process technical issues. Support activities related to establishing and maintaining QA methods, programs, and procedures.


Responsibilities:



  • Initiate and support continuous improvement activities for new products and processes. Maintain current processes and develop new methods to improve yields, efficiency, and product quality.

  • Monitor process and product quality to ensure products meet specifications and processes are running within established requirements. Identify modifications to the process to improve capability.

  • Conduct trials and pilots to implement new products and process changes. Analyze data and create reports to present results.

  • Perform administrative responsibilities related to the role such as preparing documentation of trials, etc. Complete process studies and recommend control systems and targets.

  • All other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • BS Degree in Engineering related field. Quality courses or certification preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 year's experience in process design, problem solving/engineering and or Quality is required. Golf Ball experience preferred.

  • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Must be detail oriented. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Excel.
