At FedPoint, we're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Claims Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will work alongside our Senior Claims Customer Experience Specialist to aggregate and synthesize customer feedback, providing valuable insights to improve our service model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Communicate directly with clients to address complaints and negotiate resolutions

- Collaborate with various departments to minimize risk and enhance customer satisfaction

- Participate in internal and external audit activities and develop action plans

- Triage and research escalated claims requests, providing informed opinions within our risk management framework

- Attend risk meetings to present and discuss escalations and complaints

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- 3+ years of experience in FLTCIP (Federal Long Term Care Insurance Plan) or insurance operations

- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and SharePoint)

- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities


Location: Our office is located in Portsmouth, NH. This is a Hybrid position that requires 2 days in office.

Hours: Part-Time Monday-Friday 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
