What You'll Do

The Certified Warranty Manager is responsible for Certified Develon equipment activity and training as well as the technical service-related initiatives of the Develon Remarketing team. In addition, this role will drive and support the expansion of Develon certified product offerings.

• Cultivate relationships with dealer network via continuous communication
• Increase Doosan Dealer engagement in Certified and Certified execution rate
• Consult to improve Certified sales and promote lease return purchase engagement
• Identify and develop eligible Remarketing Dealers
• Manage overall Certified compliance and training procedures
• Audit Certified Warranty application, inspection, and fluid testing
• Create and direct reconditioning programs
• Responsible for understanding and participating when needed lease return/Certified activity
• Present, support, and lead by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
• Assist with the optimization of Remarketing platform and programs

What You'll Need to be Successful

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong service base is preferred; Tech school degree will be considered.
• 5+ years' experience mechanical, parts or technical service knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
• Organized with a strong sense of customer focus, priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills with focus on delivering superior customer service
• Ability to manage relationships with external and internal contacts across multiple business disciplines, geographies, and cultural backgrounds;
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to handle a heavy workload and manage multiple projects
• Ability to lift 50Lbs or more and climb over, on or around heavy machinery
• Domestic travel of 50% or greater is required
• Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite Suwanee GA location after the onboarding period.
