A Typical Day in the office...
We strive to get every deduction and credit our clients are entitled to. As we strive to help the hardest working! Making sure they have a great experience when they leave as well as building relationships that will grow year after year.

What you'll bring to the team...
If you join our team as a First Year Tax Professional you'll conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients, start to develop your book of business, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set with professional development and continuous training.

Your Expertise

• Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Course which is free.
• Pass the Tax Preparation Readiness Test
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.
