Delivers and facilitates structured safety and regulatory training & development programs and initiatives
Updates materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs
Provide hands-on demonstrations, verification and testing of safe and proper use of equipment
Provides coaching, reinforcement of safety policy and procedures in cooperation with EHS department
Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status
Ensure the delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging OSHA construction safety courses
Other duties as assigned or requested
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five years of experience in conducting safety training in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry is required
Demonstrated mastery of a company safety training program and content delivery is required
Team facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings
Advanced education in EHS
Bilingual Spanish preferred
OSHA 10- or 30-hour Instructor-certified preferred
