Salary Range

$18.00 - $23.47 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of offices and other custodial duties provided by supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Cleans grease filters and traps as needed.
  • Performs grounds keeping tasks and maintain yard cleanliness.
  • Performs custodial service for all common use areas.
  • Performs cleaning responsibilities.
  • Observes, repairs and/or reports necessary repairs, safety hazards and other problems.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • Works safely at all times.
  • Adheres to all applicable safety policies.
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Work within and promote corporate values.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Eyesight correctable to safely operate maintenance equipment.
  • Must be willing to care and be accountable for assigned tools and equipment.
  • Must be willing to comply with all company procedures and policies including safety and grooming standards.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with people in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to function with a minimum of direct supervision.
  • Must be able to use hand and mechanical tools and equipment effectively to accomplish desired results.
  • Must be able to climb ladders.
  • Mechanical skills sufficient for routine equipment maintenance.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • Consistent attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools such as shovel, rake, pipe wrench and drill motor.
  • Experience in general trade skills such as carpentry, masonry, fence repair, plumbing, painting, and miscellaneous repair.
  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
