$18.00 - $23.47 Per Hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of offices and other custodial duties provided by supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Cleans grease filters and traps as needed.
Performs grounds keeping tasks and maintain yard cleanliness.
Performs custodial service for all common use areas.
Performs cleaning responsibilities.
Observes, repairs and/or reports necessary repairs, safety hazards and other problems.
Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works safely at all times.
Adheres to all applicable safety policies.
Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Work within and promote corporate values.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Eyesight correctable to safely operate maintenance equipment.
Must be willing to care and be accountable for assigned tools and equipment.
Must be willing to comply with all company procedures and policies including safety and grooming standards.
Must have interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with people in a professional manner.
Must be able to function with a minimum of direct supervision.
Must be able to use hand and mechanical tools and equipment effectively to accomplish desired results.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Mechanical skills sufficient for routine equipment maintenance.
Must have a valid driver license.
Consistent attendance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools such as shovel, rake, pipe wrench and drill motor.
Experience in general trade skills such as carpentry, masonry, fence repair, plumbing, painting, and miscellaneous repair.
Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
