Production Operator, Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay Rate: $21.19, eligible for overtime on as need basis.

Shift: Evening Shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm (Training will be on Day Shift 6am - 5pm)

As a Production Operator, you will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them! You will work in a distribution center setting packing, moving, and preparing product for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.


• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and in accordance with instruction.


• Monitor the quality output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.


• Maintain accurate daily production record so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.


• Must maintain acceptable attendance levels.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate and work with all departments and all levels of management and employees within the business unit.


• Basic Microsoft Application skills - Word, Excel, Outlook.


• SAP experience not required but is preferred.


• Forklift experience not required but is preferred.


• Must be able to use ladders as needed.


• Two to five years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
