Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for automotive systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production requirements and develop solutions that meet cost quality and performance standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate the viability of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased productivity through continuous evaluation and optimization.
• Lead projects to implement new equipment, tools, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures

Your Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• 2+ years of production engineering or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
