S-MMARY:
As the Lodging Manager , the person will be responsible for direct, on-site, management administration and implementation of projects, facilities, or complexes, in s-pport of the ho-sing management programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB F-NCTIONS
• F-nction as an integral member (military and civilians) of a team of trained professionals responsible for the operations and maintenance of s-pport facilities and eq-ipment for -SAF personnel and reso-rces. Registers and assigns rooms to g-ests in coordination with military co-nterparts, iss-es room keys and may escort g-ests to rooms as needed.
• Ens-re service coverage for three lodging locations -4x7x365
• Ens-re that all req-irements are met IAW the PWS and timely s-bmission of any req-ired CDRLS
• Work as a member of a team administering management of barracks and dormitories.
• Determine req-irements and maintains data for new or replacement f-rnit-re, appliances, and eq-ipment.
• Serve as member of a team administering on post privatization efforts for the Residential Comm-nities Initiative (RCI) and s-pports Privatized -S Air Force Lodging req-irements.
• Ens-res all req-ired information is received from g-est or military co-nterpart and entered in the g-est folio.
• Perform change of occ-pancy pre-final, termination, and assignment inspections of -nits.
• Serves as POC for HAZMAT Management of the contract to incl-de proper handling, storage and disposition of bleach, oil, cleaning s-pplies and any other ind-strial strength type prod-ct.
• Oversee m-ltiple departments incl-sive of lodging, lodging logistics, linen exchange and water delivery.
• Other d-ties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND REQ-IREMENTS:
• High School diploma or eq-ivalent.
• Minim-m of 5 years of related experience in s-pervising and managing DOD or comparable lodging.
• Two (-) years' experience with hotel or lodging operations as well as 3 years personnel management experience.
• Knowledgeable of DLS
• Hospitality and services management ind-stry as well as aseptic cleaning proced-res.

• Possess a valid -.S. Passport (preferred)
• M-st be able to meet all c-rrent -SCENTCOM Deployment Policy Req-irements, as o-tlined in the -SCENTCOM APR -3 MOD SEVENTEEN TO -SCENTCOM INDIVID-AL AND INDIVID-AL--NIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the -.A.E.
• M-st be able to work in extreme environmental conditions incl-ding d-st and high temperat-res.
• M-st be able to end-re long ho-rs, expos-re to weather and hazardo-s conditions.
• M-st have expert knowledge and ability to perform d-ties thro-gh -tilization of m-ltiple software applications incl-sive of b-t not excl-sive to CQMaps, Microsoft prod-cts and other software.
