Hours: Monday through Friday 3PM-7PM and occasional Saturday 7am-6PM
The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting the Service Department.

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their service
Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
Preparing and making deposits
Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
Inputting of additional service requests
Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
