This position may perform various duties including but not limited: material handling, parts washing, part inspection and sorting, fork truck driving.

What are some of the things you will do?

• Follow all safety rules
• Maintain clean, orderly work area
• Set-up and operate equipment as required
• Perform first piece inspection, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality
  standards
• Sorting and inspection of manufactured parts
• Perform the duties required for any necessary documentation
• When necessary, move material by operating forklift or using or using non-motorized devices
• Assist other operators as needed
• Suggest process improvement ideas
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required:

• Ability to learn ISO/QS/TS requirements.
• Ability to consistently meet production and quality standard
• Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of all required operator documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.
• Demonstrate the understanding of the manufacturing process and machine requirements to perform basic and repetitive work assignments.
• Provide written communication as needed.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and practices

• Previous problem solving and troubleshooting skills/experience
• Some mechanical or technical training
• Forklift operation/material-handling experience
• Experience operating multiple-types of manufacturing equipment
