Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist role is designed to report to and assist the Director of Strategic Solutions as a subject matter expert in engagements including but not limited to implementations, solutions construction, client presentations, and consulting projects.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of all implementations, including, as necessary, due diligence, monitoring of workflows and processes, and successful transfer of team functions to operations team.

  • Provide expertise, advice, and subject matter expertise to operations teams in GRC-specific service lines, including the areas of document processing, marketing/creative, AP/AR billing, research/competitive intelligence, and administrative support functions.

  • Assist as necessary in consulting engagements in parallel to the Director of Strategic Solutions and other consulting team members.

  • Assist in solutions design, including conducting due diligence and research, and their implantation plans for new and existing clients in GRC-specific service lines, and assist in presenting solutions to new and existing clients, coordinating with the Director of Strategic Solutions, sales, and operations teams as necessary.

  • Collaborate as necessary with sales and marketing, leveraging expertise in service lines, market trends, and shifting industry norms to expand potential opportunities for service expansion, new clients, and additional revenue generation.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • College degree preferred.  5–10 years+ of working in the Services Outsourcing Industry.  

  • Law firm or professional service organization experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client needs to solution

  • Strong interpersonal ability and client management skills, and an ability to present solutions and other strategies to a client as needed

  • Strong ability to work independently, and a high ability to manage multiple tasks against a project deadline, and to manage multiple varying client needs

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage new tasks effectively

  • Strong ability to serve in a consultative manner, even internally

  • The role is exempt and collaborates and supports teams in multiple time zones, meaning that the employee will, as necessary, be required to work outside of typical work hours as per project requirements.

  • The role is remote, but will be required to report into the Phoenix GRC and other locations as per project requirements, especially for implementations.

  • As client interaction is important to the role, professionalism and poise will be required for all meetings both internal and external.

  • As the role will be required to fill in for the Director of Strategic Solutions in case of absence or project requirements, all absences need to be coordinated with the Director and approval will be contingent upon business requirements.

  • The role will be reviewed on the basis of quality of implementations and consulting engagements, the soundness of solutions constructed, and on the ability of the employee to engage with and build relationships with potential and current clients and to bring projects to conclusion.
