Job Description:

1ST SHIFT SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 5:30AM - 1:00PM

Responsibilities:


  • Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to meet production goals and quality standards

  • Monitor equipment operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure proper performance

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal working condition

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the manufacturing operation

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in a metals manufacturing environment

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly

  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed to meet production demands

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to manufacturing operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications a plus

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors
