Mission Logistics is a growing transportation company seeking a Support Specialist with experience in all areas of clerical office work as well as the ability to drive Box Trucks.  This position does not require a CDL but must be able to pass a DOT physical and have a clean driving record.


Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Dispatching trucks using in house systems or outside load boards.

  • Maintaining local copy of driver files according to DOT regulations.

  • Managing assignment of required trainings for drivers and supervisors.

  • Facilitating orientation sessions for new drivers

  • Maintaining maintenance records tracking repeat issues.

  • Reviewing and filing all applicable truck and/or driver daily records

  • Researching opportunities for leads on new jobs/loads



    External Hiring Range:  $15.35 - $16.00


    Travel: Yes, local travel and regional travel as needed.


    Qualifications:



    • High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a clerical/administrative support role required.

    • Experience related to material handing/movement preferred.
