What you will enjoy doing*


  • Management Reporting: In this individual contributor role, you will prepare monthly financial dashboards, tracking actual spend versus forecast, plan, and prior periods, identify key drivers of monthly cost variances and trends and provide suggestions to mitigate overspend, as needed, assist in the preparation of presentation materials to senior management for monthly Financial Leadership Review (FLR) and Global Business Review (GBR) meetings

  • Oversee monthly corporate close: Work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure all costs are booked correctly and on-time, investigate unusual bookings in assigned departments and non-departmental corporate costs, collaborate with leaders of assigned departments to re-forecast spend, as part of monthly re-forecast process

  • Financial Systems and Innovation: Evaluate FP&A processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic analysis, ensure integrity of raw financial data and improve reporting capabilities in JDE, SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau tools

  • Annual Planning Cycle: coordinate annual planning cycle for corporate departments and non-departmental corporate costs, work with leaders of assigned departments to map out the drivers of spend by category and prepare plan presentation slides, ensure all final plan inputs are correct and aligned with targets set as results of plan review meetings with senior management


What makes you great


  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and CPA and/or MBA is preferred

  • 7-10 years of Finance experience is required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills required

  • Knowledge of Hyperion, Tableau, SAP, JD Edwards / OBIEE preferred

  • Excellent problem solving, process management and time management skills

  • Ability to act with high integrity and trust, and to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel periodically, as necessary
