Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  1. Drive in a safe manner and at a safe speed for conditions, never in excess of posted speed limits, follow all traffic laws (seat belts, cell phones, texting, DOT rules, etc.). Report any and all infractions on and off the job that may affect license to supervisor.

  2. Complete the pre-trip inspection process covering the truck and load securement daily prior to departure – thoroughly and expeditiously. Report any maintenance issues to supervisor.

  3. Complete the post-trip inspection process upon completion of day – thoroughly and expeditiously. Report any maintenance issues to supervisor.

  4. Actively manage the delivery situation. Don’t allow the customer to direct you to do something you’re not comfortable with (too heavy, tripping or slipping hazards, untrained employees, etc.)

  5. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Details on Job Safety Assessment (JSA).

  6. Lift as instructed in our Safety Training and limit weight to 75 lbs. maximum per person.

  7. Maintain current DOT medical certification.

  8. Strict adherence to our Drug and Alcohol Policy in the Employee Manual is mandatory. Notify HR of any prescription or over-the-counter medications that could affect work performance prior to performing work.

  9. Register for the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

  10. Do not text while driving. Do not initiate calls with a cell phone, or answer a call without an approved hands-free device.

  11. Develop a working knowledge of our accident and spill procedures and follow them in the event of an accident.


Daily Responsibilities



  1. Always behave in a manner that represents our Company and our staff well. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers, fellow team members, and other drivers on the road.

  2. Problems and concerns are to be directed to the Dispatch & DOT Supervisor. Use your company phone to promptly report customer concerns.

  3. Develop a working knowledge of our paperwork, products, product labels.

  4. Keep accurate track of logs and inspections with Keep Truckin.

  5. Make sure to scan all products for delivery and pick-ups using FeneTech Delivery.

  6. Upon completion of delivery have customer confirm and sign for deliveries.

  7. Take a 1/2-hour meal break approximately at the middle of your shift.

  8. The Company takes pride in its vehicles and expects drivers to do the same. Make sure cab and load area are clean before leaving the vehicle for the loading team, and report damage promptly.

  9. Avoid any additional damage to materials returned from customers for inspection.


Here’s What We’re Looking For


Current CDL or successful completion of the in-house driver training program.


Safe driving record required.


Experience with handling glass and commercial driving a plus.


Ability to operate or be trained to operate a Moffett
