• Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.
• Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.
Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management
System)

Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance
(continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production
lines
•
• Train production actors in achieving maintenance level 1, 2 & 3
• Has a complementary expertise with IIT3.

• Multi-skilled worker, responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production /
manufacturing equipment in a entity. Elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans
to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.
