Main Objective:
The Product Marketing Associate will participate in the planning and execution of downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Product Marketing Managers, Team Product Director and Product Management Team to develop and manage promotional materials.
Assist with all corporate marketing initiatives including tradeshow support, advertising management, website development support, sales tools and international downstream marketing efforts.
Conduct market research.
Help develop promotional launch plans for new products including key messaging, photography, videos, marketing materials, sales tools, ads, white papers and trade show strategy for important new products.
Prepare competitive product analysis materials.
Help to prepare and conduct sales representative product and procedure training.
Work closely with the MarCom team to effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the MRM system.
Review marketing analytics to support messaging, product focus, and promotional planning
Establish and maintain relationships with key HCP consultants to help develop promotional ideas, review scientific literature and support educational presentations to include key products and techniques.

Ability to work with cadavers in a lab setting.
Assist PMM's with regional launches, marketing, KOL management and education planning.
Travel for training, meetings, and trade shows may be required up to 15%.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree required, preferably in business or marketing
MBA preferred
Experience in Medical Marketing preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent communication and public speaking / presentation skills are required.
