Job Description:

Supports Shop Operations with administrative duties including but not limited to manual updates, database administration and general office administration duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -



  • Assists MRO shops with upkeep of calibrated tools.

  • Assists MRO shops with inventory of Shelf Life and other shop products.

  • Assists MRO team with administrative duties relating to AVP and SWO projects.

  • Assists MRO team with maintaining shop specific databases.

  • Assists MRO team with other duties as assigned.

  • Conducts oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Two years’ experience in an administrative and/or office environment in maintenance or service related field preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with team members to compile and deliver information.

  • Experience with an electronic file maintenance and tracking system preferred.

  • Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems as they arise is essential.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

  • Ability to learn additional customized computer programs and software is essential.
