Supports Shop Operations with administrative duties including but not limited to manual updates, database administration and general office administration duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Assists MRO shops with upkeep of calibrated tools.
Assists MRO shops with inventory of Shelf Life and other shop products.
Assists MRO team with administrative duties relating to AVP and SWO projects.
Assists MRO team with maintaining shop specific databases.
Assists MRO team with other duties as assigned.
Conducts oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years’ experience in an administrative and/or office environment in maintenance or service related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with team members to compile and deliver information.
Experience with an electronic file maintenance and tracking system preferred.
Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems as they arise is essential.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate experience in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
Ability to learn additional customized computer programs and software is essential.
