Supports the Hospital Mission, Vision, and Facility goals. Promotes and restores patients' health by supervising day-to-day clinical operations and participating in the long-term planning of the patient care area; supervises and develops staff; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; provides physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families. The Clinical Supervisor will use best practices and evidence-based approaches to facilitate and improve patient movement throughout the department, identify and remedy problems through continuous customer service and employee involvement, and facilitate departmental educational programs. The Clinical Supervisor will work with the Director of Nursing in meeting facility goals and will provide 24 hour 7 days accountability and availability as needed.
