Responsibilities:
Perform painting, trim work, and drywall repairs to maintain a visually appealing and well-maintained environment.Conduct electrical repairs and installations, ensuring a safe and efficient electrical system.Handle plumbing tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.Troubleshoot and address a variety of maintenance issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance with expertise in painting, trim work, drywall, electrical, and plumbing.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to address maintenance issues independently.Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to maintenance tasks.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to handle a variety of maintenance tasks in a dynamic environment.MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in maintenance and facilities management are a plus.
