Job Description:

FT and PT available
AM & PM shifts, weekends
PURPOSE: To prepare juices, smoothies, shakes, cones, teas, and coffee/espresso drinks.

To order, receive, rotate, prepare, stock, and maintain back-stock for all drinks with the intent of providing the best customer service. Be a fully trained express lane cashier. To maintain a level of organization and cleanliness that exceeds health department standards.


REPORTS TO: Prepared Foods Managers


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Primary areas of responsibility include all equipment, prep space, and cases associated with the preparation of juices, smoothies, shakes cones, teas, and coffee/espresso drinks.

Prepare drink recipes on demand in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Keep prep areas, cases, back-stock, and packaging areas clean and ready for the next shift.

Inventory and order products, maintaining a minimum back-stock to ensure optimum efficiency.

Set up the next shift appropriately.

Ensure that special orders are handled in a prompt and professional manner.

Participate in juice bar inventory as needed.

Monitor equipment and inform supervisors when repairs are needed.

Assist other areas of the Prepared Foods Department as needed. Including dessert, cookie, and sit-down areas.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer following established protocols.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Detail-oriented Demonstrated customer service experience.Familiarity with food safety procedures

Demonstrated ability to work with customers and coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ability to work with TCCP to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed.


ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently.

Prolonged standing and walking on the sales floor.

Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and crouching.

Ability to climb ladders.

Ability to perform continuous fine work with hands.
