As our Senior Corporate Trainer you will:
Be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating processes and programs that support the career development initiative for SPP. The L&D Team works on employee and management development and closes training or information gaps for the corporation. This person will work with the various groups to design and deliver training associated with business training. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify and design training on internal processes and procedures.
