Job Description:

The exciting Hilton Orlando is looking for an Overnight Scratch Market Counterperson to join the Food and Beverage team! Set over 26 acres, with 1,400 rooms, the Hilton Orlando is near the major theme parks and International Drive.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work overnight and the ever changing schedule of hospitality. Previous barista experience is a plus but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: Overnight shifts only, starting at 10PM-11PM, ending at 6AM-7AM, depending on business level. Weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus $1.00 overnight differential + tips

What will I be doing?

As an Overnight Scratch Market Counterperson, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
• Requisition, stock and rotate products
• Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
• Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
