You will lead team members through the digital transformation journey by developing strategies and engagement, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager in our Marshall, MO plant. Be a subject matter expert of all platform capability and provide solutions to the business to ensure application success. Leverage internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for digital tools, and ways of working.

You Will:

• Be a subject matter expert for all shop floor digital applications.


• Have knowledge of plant business design and ability to support with data requirements of a continuously evolving design.


• Lead team members in identifying and resolving the plant's process improvement opportunities.


• Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service.


• Ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting, designing, and benchmarking solutions for business opportunities involving connected shop floor platform.


• Leverage training applications to establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use.


• Lead Digital Plant super user network(s).


• Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables


• Mentor teams to effectively apply business frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels of high-performance in the digital transformation phases.


• Collaborate with production support on network access, application development and support continuous improvement of plant digital applications.


• Ensure adoption of existing digital analytic tools and exploring new analytics opportunities


• Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications.


• Connect and implement daily business tasks to automated solutions.

You Have:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree or relevant 2 years experience in related industry.


• SAP experience, knowledge of GMP's, working knowledge of manufacturing processes and loss.


• Ability to work weekends and off shifts.


• Attention to safety and detail.
