Essential Functions:
Serves as the first point of contact with current residents and is responsible for ensuring a professional, yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas onsite.
Assures new residents and prospects are greeted with a warm, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone
Delivers an exceptional experience for all residents.
Provides availability and approachability to listen to resident concerns.
Builds resident satisfaction and loyalty.
Plans, organizes, attends and promotes resident activities.
Handles all lease renewals in a timely manner.
Tracks all vehicle registration permits and insurance.
Occasionally assists in leasing available apartments.
Qualifications:
Industry experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
