Join our experienced, professional aquatics team and help keep our community safe!  21+ Supervisors are needed for Camp Cedar Mill's outdoor pool. Camp Cedar Mill located in Rowley, encompasses 207 acres of beautiful wooded trails, a spacious outdoor swimming pool, an adventure course, a climbing wall, sports fields, campfires, log cabins, and lodges. This rustic, nature-filled setting provides a summer chock full of fun.  As a Head Lifeguard, you are responsible for the day-to-day safety and security of the swim area and participants.  Manage, lead, and support lifeguard staff while ensuring a great experience.  If you love the outdoors, connecting with the community, and meaningful work, this summer job is for you.

On a regular day, you will...

• Explain and enforce safety regulations and rules




• Monitor for any safety hazards, and assist in activities




• Remain rescue-ready at all times and implement emergency procedures as needed




• Assess the swimming capabilities of everyone in the aquatics area and ensure individuals are not allowed in areas that place them at undue risk




• Training and shadowing shifts as a regular part of every aquatic team member's onboarding and orientation. 




• Ensure safe and compliant pool chemical levels and maintain pool log.
