experience, labor hours, machines and tools to the best advantages to obtain the most favorable costs, order accuracy, and completeness.
• Provides regular training, instruction and guidance. Maintains close surveillance over larger, more critical transfers, orders or receipts. Trains new hires and temporary employees on pick and pack procedures as well as quality and safety.
• Ensure all orders have been shipped in a timely fashion.
• May ensure proper processing of returns including check in, put away and credit insurance.
• Staffing - Interview, Hire & Performance Management
• Monitor & Analyze Logistics performance, Cost, Quality to evaluate efficiency. Adapt & Continuously improve.
• Supervision exercised on Staffing, Performance Management, Task Delegation, Project Delegation, Work Planning. May include Salary reviews.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations/ Distribution/Manufacturing
• Plans and arranges own work; May receive direction on new work.
• Possess knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and
production/order requirements.
• Have strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skill

The U.S. compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $81,000 - $122,000 for candidates located within the U.S. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
