Job Description:

The Order Services Business Process Expert (BPE) is responsible for working with the business as well as the bridge project team to transform the business from the legacy MRP system, tools and processes to the bridge SAP solution. This BPE is the process and solution user expert for the customer service domain during all the phases of the bridge implementation product cycle.

The order services BPE will provide project guidance and expertise to the North American bridge project around the area of ETO order scheduling, loading, and engineering capacity planning. This position will be instrumental in defining and tailoring the SAP scheduling solution to meet the needs of the business and to drive a common approach across our fleet of ETO facilities.

What will you do?


  • Collaborate with local site team to gather inputs for business transformation

  • Provide guidance for scheduling logic and tools within the bridge solution

  • Participate in user qualification testing

  • Establish and conduct end user training for order services

  • Act as first-level support during cutover and after go-live

  • Interact and collaborate within the site and product team

  • Maintain international, multicultural relationships

  • Work across different time zones

  • Travel to site locations, especially during site deployment and hypercare


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Minimum 5 years in Order/Customer Service Lead, Capacity Planner, or Scheduler role

  • Strong working knowledge of Quote2Cash, SAP Project System, SAL, or other scheduling tools

  • Understanding of Order Services functions, ETO order management, and production planning

  • Proven experience with order scheduling across multiple plants

  • Ability to multitask and manage activities efficiently

  • Skilled in critical thinking, problem resolution, and continuous improvement
