Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate individual to assume the role of Supply Planner for Power Systems North America. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in the end-to-end supply chain planning processes, bridging the gap between customer forecasts, supply plans, and inventory projections.

What will you do?


  • Accountable for running Distribution Requirement Planning across ETO plants

  • Define and update replenishment strategy and supply chain parameters

  • Contribute to the SIOP by leading end-to-end Supply Reviews and preparing supply scenarios

  • Proactively identify and mitigate manufacturing supply risks

  • Plan and ensure inventory ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and events

  • Communicate effectively with partners to simplify complex situations

  • Bring positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation

  • Lead DSR weekly reviews to drive Supply Plan execution and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

  • Good understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Planning and global supply chain concepts

  • Experience in Kinaxis, SAP, and Tableau

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to understand business practices and recommend automation opportunities
