JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Auto Tech Lead, you will oversee all major technical decisions for the Auto insurance product platform for Chubb's North America Small Business/Lower Middle Market group. Working with a team of senior engineers and technical leads, you will provide expertise and leadership for engineers working on development of the Auto product to drive development, implementation and efficiencies of Chubb's North America Small Business/Lower Middle Market Auto product. You will partner with business and technology leaders to ensure optimal outcomes and transparency. In furtherance of your objectives, we'll also look to you to partner across all layers of the technology stack from Duck Creek policy admin platform, front-end technologies inclusive of APIs and middleware. As such, deep knowledge of the Auto insurance product is required as well as architecture background, design thinking, thought leadership, change orientation, strong relationship management and effective communication capabilities.
