Your Key Responsibilities

• I mplements and carries out processes for assembly, commissioning and testing of prototypes or new special machines, tools and related equipment.
• Implement approved methods, procedures and tools in assembly work.
• Monitor assembly by Operators and provide practical assembly training for new equipment.
• Comprehend requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
• Use specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintain functionality.

Your Qualifications

• Prefer certification in mechanical or electrical, will consider experience and/or journeyman's license. Broad knowledge and experience in electrical hardware or mechanical design is desirable
• Knowledge of PLC and PC systems (Siemans, MC-100, ECU)
• Understanding of Servo Presses, including KUE (Schaeffler Measurement System)
• Working with robotics (Kuba, Staubli, Fanuc, UR)
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics; Machine Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence); Laser Marking System (Ttrumf, Keyence, Foba)
