Dock Inventory Technician - Pilot Plant

This position will require you to work onsite in our offices/labs e Monday thru Friday.

Our Research & Development team is seeking an R&D Technologist. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Performs loading dock duties, including daily package receiving & deliveries, as needed.
  
  


• Communicating with customers and answering questions on inventory and orders.
  
  


• Tracks and reorders inventory
  
  


• Assist in ordering parts for equipment using an SAP ordering system.
  
  


• Keeps dock area, warehouse and penthouse clean and organized.
  
  


• Stocks GMP/PPE stations
  
  


• Help clean and organize Pilot Plant as well as assist in cleanup/dishes after Pilot Plant trials.
  
  

Additional Job Description:

• Working in the Dairy Foods Pilot Plant to set-up, operate and maintain processingequipment.
  
  


• Collects data and maintains proper records & documentation for trials, safety and sanitation.
  
  


• Cleans facilities and equipment under Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and FSMA.
  
  

Required education and experience:

• High school diploma/GED or higher
  
  


• 2 or more years of proficiency with tools/mechanical experience
  
  


• Basic understanding software programs to include Outlook, Excel and Word
  
  


• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
  
  


• Must be able to stand 80-90% of the time
