Are you ready to foster exceptional client relationships and make a lasting impact on outdoor spaces? As a Landscape Account Manager at Bemus Landscape, you'll be at the forefront of creating and maintaining strong client connections through effective communication and dedicated service.
Manage and cultivate client relationships by addressing concerns, job quality, and client requests.Oversee maintenance operations for assigned accounts, including proposal creation, material orders, and site irrigation supervision.Lead and guide crew members and irrigators, ensuring adherence to maintenance techniques and safety protocols.Engage with clients face to face, attending meetings and presenting proposals and reports.Provide horticulturally sound recommendations for site improvements.Conduct regular job site inspections, creating punch lists, and ensuring timely completion.Uphold company standards for quality across all sites.Manage irrigation systems and controllers, coordinating inspections and offering solutions to clients.Schedule and supervise landscape maintenance work using company software.Serve as a role model for organizational policies and procedures.Manage labor and material costs to achieve budgeted margins.
