Design Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and monitors Project Design and Entitlements schedule(s) to ensure all elements are coordinated and timelines are met.


• Works closely with the members of the project team to facilitate the assessment and execution of projects at all phases of design.


• Assess the viability of new project opportunities, including municipal zoning analysis, site assessments, development of test fits, compilation of metric data, and preparation of RFP information if required.


• Assists with the development and refinement of standardized documentation.


• Collaborates with internal construction, management, and development team members to assess opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications & Expierence

• A bachelor's degree in design, engineering, architecture, or a related field is required. 


• 2+ years of experience in design construction/filed


• CAD and CAM software experience.
