The Banquet Lead is responsible for overseeing all events to ensure and provide customers with the Altland House Hospitality Group standards of excellence and rules of etiquette. Provides supervision and guidance to Front of House Banquet employees. Manages set up and detailing of all event spaces. Key responsibilities include team performance, attention to detail, proper service techniques, client relations.

Will work directly with the Front of House Manager & Sales Manager to ensure a successful event for the client.
