Position Summary

Maintains Subaru of America's (SOA's) day-to-day operations of the Integrated Lead Management (ILM) Program and partners with management and vendor (Urban Science) in the implementation of lead management process and performance improvements. Serves as the face of ILM for SOA stakeholders including our Field team and retailers. Tracks, analyzes, reports, summarizes, and presents performance data to key stakeholders and executive management. Additionally, stays informed on current industry and shopping patterns in relation to lead performance and identifies trends and opportunities.

Major Responsibilities


  • Serves as day-to-day point person and executes the operations of the Integrated Lead Management (ILM) program and partnership with the data provider, Urban Science, including the coordination of stakeholder meetings. Contributes to project management activities by providing communications around project direction and prioritization with Urban Science and monitoring daily ILM performance results. Keeps management informed of statuses of projects and requests by providing detailed weekly meeting/status notes and working with management on various initiatives such as reporting enhancements and re-calibrating paid leads.
  • Addresses Subaru of America (SOA) retailers' and Field Operations' ILM needs by monitoring and responding to the ILM Helpdesk requests (e.g., reporting, enrollment, credit requests). This includes coordinating with Urban Science on Subaru retailer requests such as buy/sells, opting out of the program, expanding the retailer trade area, and addressing questions about ILM reporting.
  • Monitors and analyzes ILM metrics to interpret, report, and provide insight to SOA Headquarters marketing stakeholders. Serves as a liaison between Urban Science, SOA, Subaru of New England (SNE), Subaru Distributors Corporation (SDC), SOA Field teams, and SOA retailers regarding monthly lead performance.
  • Coordinates meetings between vendor and SOA stakeholders and provides recap of projects to Relationship Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborates closely with Subaru's Relationship Marketing team on the implementation of key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs (e.g., Chase marketing, lead re-heating, lead scoring activations, etc.). Supplies performance reporting and identifies business opportunities for management to consider.
  • Supports the broader Marketing Insights & Research team on projects such as monthly performance reporting and data pulls, analytics deep-dives, and customer research.
  • Provides training on the ILM program to new SOA Field personnel and new retailers on an ad hoc basis.
  • Oversees the Auto Hook test drive incentive program including monthly reporting, creative and legal compliance, and coordinating with Sales Operations, Distribution, and Finance to align on monthly goals, budgets, and reporting.
  • Serves as business stakeholder as part of the relationship with Subaru Retailer Phone Call Tracking vendor (Invoca) to represent Subaru ILM Program and advocate for business needs to ensure proper lead flow and delivery of Invoca Phone Call leads.
  • Provides support to the National Lead Handling Training Manager by communicating program updates. Attends Shift Strategist T3 Field Training meetings and presents on the Subaru ILM Program.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stays abreast of brand health metrics and industry trends to expand knowledge base.
  • Participates in consumer shopping discussions to deepen understanding of competitive trends.
  • Leads an active role in developing presentations and facilitates as necessary at national conferences, National Retailer Advisory Board meetings, and other corporate events and functions.
  • Manages the expo booth for National Business Conference for the Digital Marketing Department.
  • Creates and presents ad hoc reporting to SOA stakeholders.

Required Skills and Personal Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, as well as business intelligence/reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle a fast-paced environment and coordinate changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills to help identify business opportunities and track performance.

  • Knowledge of regional field operations.
  • Experience in automotive marketing and retailing preferred.

Education/Experience Requirements: 4-year college degree (BA, BS) and 4 to 6 years of related experience required.

Work Environment


  • Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)
  • Travel Required: 15%

Compensation: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $65000 - $85000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
