Job Description:

Job Summary

The accounting manager offers support to various operations within the branch including billing, sale, credit/collections, AP/AR support. Implements procedures to increase efficiencies in daily operations. 

Job Responsibilities   

• Monitor Job auditing and job closings to provide accuracy in job costing

• Bank deposits and providing detailed information to corporate for posting

• Maintain customer receipt spreadsheets to support corporate A/R posting of payments

• Invoice review and approvals

• Provide daily sales information

• Maintain subcontractor receipts for selected subcontractors

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent customer relations

• Excellent writing skills

• Computer knowledge

• Through knowledge of products and product application

• Reliable job history

• College degree or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in steel sales

• Prior steel sales and/or customer service experience
