As a Paint Processor - SC , you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, monitor and operate filling and packaging equipment


• Communicate with maintenance and management on issues concerning filling lines


• Ability to understand instructions for proper filling requirements


• Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practices


• Keep workstation area and housekeeping at company standards


• Maintain and improve production line efficiency standards through teamwork


• Produce quality product in the required time frame


• Perform initial draw-down for color and cleanliness


• Perform quality test to check fill weights, proper labeling, and coding


• Perform proper cleaning of filling equipment


• Ability to lift cases and pails of products and load onto filling line as necessary
  
  

• Complete daily records as required


• Assist in training other employees


• Complete other tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred


• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and record progress


• Ability to work safely


• Must be available to work overtime and some Saturdays


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts, hoists, scales, and other equipment


• Wearing protective gear including gloves, safety glasses, face shields, ear plugs, hard hats and other PPE as required
